Praline Bars

Makes about 36 bars

  • Mini Hershey Kissee
  • 1 Cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 2 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 Cups Hershey's MINI KISSES  Milk chocolate
  • 1/2 Cup plus 2/3 Cup butter,divided
  • 1 1/3 Cups packed light brown sugar,divided

1.Preheat oven to 350

2.Stir together flour and 1 Cup brown sugar in a large bowl; cut in 1/2 cup butter with pastry blender until fine crumbs form.
Press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; Sprinkle with pecans.

3.Place remaining 2/3 cup butter and remaining 1/3 cup brown sugar in small saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.  Continue boiling, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds, until sugar dissolves; drizzle evenly over pecans and crust. 

4.Bake 18 to 22 minutes until topping is bubbly and golden; remove from oven.  Immediately sprinkle Mini Kisses over top.  Cool completely in pan on wire rack.  Cut into bars. 

Jell-o  pudding vanilla rocky road
Makes about 16 Glasses
  • 2 boxes of Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • Mix in some Chips ahoy with chocolate chunks and cookie bits
  • Mini marshmallows ( or whatever else Strikes your fancy )
1.  Mix up everything in a big bowl and put in refrigerator for 10 minutes

ButterFinger Cookies
  • 1 Yellow or chocolate cake mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Large Butterfinger candy bar
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil until powder is completely dissolved into dough
3. Chop Butterfinger into tiny pieces, then mix into dough.  Drop dough in small balls onto greased cookie sheet
4. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.  Do not over bake.  Remove from pan and cool
PUMPKIN ROLL  Makes 8 to 10
  • 2/3 Cup canned Pumpkin
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon (or less) Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 Teaspoon ground Ginger

Filling Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup powdered sugar
  •    2/3 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 tablespoons margarina or butter

Hot Caramel Dip

Makes 3 cups
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • Apple Slices

1.Mix together all ingredients except Apples in saucepan. Bring to boil.

2. Pour into Crockpot. Set on low.

3.Dip fresh apple slices into Hot Caramel...

Roasted Red Potato Bites
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 12 small red potatoes
  • 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2. T. basil
  • 1/2 lb. bacon,cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. minced green onions
  • Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, or until tender. Let Cool. Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp, leaving at least a 1/4 inch-thick shell. Stir together potato pulp, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup cheddar, bacon, onion, and basil. Spoon mixture evenly into each shell. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Broil 5 inches from heat 3-5 minutes. Serve warm.
